The 5K runners will take off at 8:00 and will proceed out of the park and head south, towards Union Center, on the "400 Trail." After reaching the half-way marker, the runners will have a turn-around and then reverse their course back to the start/finish line.  There will be water and Powerade at the turn-around.

 

Certification:  Our 5K course was USATF certified through 2023.  We have chosen not to recertify but it is the same course.

Time Schedule:

6:00-7:30 -- Race material pick-up and race day registration

8:00 -- Race begins!

Race Fees:

$30 by 6/15/2024

$33 by 7/15/2024

$37 by 8/15/2024

$40 through race day

Runners will receive:

* a race t-shirt

* a delicious apple dumpling!

* post race refreshments (water, Powerade, chocolate milk) plus 

bagels, fruit, etc.

* a free movie pass to the Elroy Theater

* other miscellaneous donations

 

 

Awards will be presented to:

* 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals in two divisions: "39 & under" and "40 & over" in both male/female genders.
